Membership terms

What membership costs, how it renews, and how to cancel.

Membership

Voicecraft Network membership gives you access to the Voicecraft hub: conversations, sessions, pods, the Commons, and the materials held there. Membership is personal to you and is not transferable.

What it costs

A$40 per month, or A$20 per month on the concession rate. Prices are in Australian dollars.

When you're charged

Monthly in advance, on the same date each month, to the card you provide. It renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling ends your access to the hub. There's no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

Pausing

If you need to pause your membership for a while, write to voicecraft.network@gmail.com and we'll arrange it. Pauses are by arrangement rather than automatic.

Refunds

We don't offer refunds for change of mind. You can cancel any time and you won't be charged again. If there's been an honest mistake, like a double charge, just reach out and we'll sort it. Nothing here affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a payment fails

Your bank is retried automatically for a few days. If it still doesn't go through we'll email you. Your access continues in the meantime, and we'll sort it out with you directly.

Price changes

If the price changes we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you'd rather.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Ending a membership from our side

In rare cases we may end a membership. If that happens we'll tell you why.
